Common Questions
When applications open on April 15, waitlist members are notified first and given priority consideration. Applications are reviewed and twelve founders are admitted for the June 1 cohort. If you are admitted, you receive immediate access to Unit 1 and the pre-work to begin preparation.
The Legacy Framework™ is a six-month 1:1 Fractional DOO engagement where Michelle leads and a specialist team builds inside your business. The Blueprint is a seven-week cohort where you build the infrastructure yourself — with Michelle guiding every step and a cohort of peers alongside you. The Blueprint is for founders who want to build it themselves and learn the operational thinking as they go. The Framework is for founders who want it built for them.
Because the program only works at that size. Twelve founders means Michelle can give every participant direct attention and specific feedback on what they are actually building — not generic cohort-level advice. It also means the cohort itself becomes a valuable asset. Twelve serious, vetted founders working on the same problems at the same time is a different experience than a large group program.
Not required. The Legacy Map™ is recommended if you want strategic clarity on your priorities before the cohort begins — it makes the build weeks more targeted. But it is not a prerequisite for admission.
Plan for four to six hours per week — group sessions, implementation work, and milestone completion. The program is designed for founders running active businesses. The structure keeps the work focused so it does not bleed into everything else.
Session recordings are provided so you can catch up. The milestone structure is designed with real business schedules in mind. That said, the cohort experience is most valuable when all twelve founders are present and engaged — attendance matters to the group, not just to your individual progress.
