Overview

This website and all related products, programs, and platforms (collectively, the "Sites") are operated by Stone Technology and Operations LLC ("Stone Operations," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Sites, programs, or materials — including The Legacy Path™, The Legacy Map™, The Legacy Framework™, The Legacy Blueprint™, The Legacy Collective™, and any future products or services — you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites, purchase our products, or access our content. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Sites or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all websites operated by Stone Operations, including stoneops.co and portal.stoneops.co, any third-party platforms used to deliver products or services (including Dubsado, Airtable, Google Workspace, MailerLite, and other tools), and all digital and physical products — including programs, intensives, cohorts, templates, and consulting services offered under The Legacy Path™ name or any related offer.

2. Use of Our Sites and Services

You agree to use our Sites and materials only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the security, performance, or functionality of any Stone Operations site
• Access or use our content or systems in a way that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws
• Share, sell, or transfer your login or program access credentials to others

Stone Operations reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any program or site at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within The Legacy Path™ ecosystem — including frameworks, SOPs, templates, graphics, text, session recordings, and resources — are the exclusive property of Stone Technology and Operations LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or distribute materials without written consent
• Share or resell access to any program, session, or file
• Remove or alter any copyright, watermark, or attribution

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

4. Services

Stone Operations provides operational strategy and Fractional Director of Operations services to established service-based businesses. Current offers include:

• The Legacy Map™ — 2-week strategic audit and planning engagement
• The Legacy Framework™ — 6-month Fractional DOO partnership
• The Legacy Blueprint™ — Cohort-based operational infrastructure program
• The Legacy Collective™ — Vetted VA database access, matching, and onboarding support

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for each engagement are outlined in a separate service agreement provided prior to the start of any paid engagement. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

5. Payment Terms

All prices, fees, and payment terms are stated at the point of purchase or in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• All payments are non-refundable once an engagement or program has begun
• Payment plans must be completed as agreed — failure to pay may result in suspended access to all products and services
• All prices are listed in USD

If Stone Operations is unable to fulfill a commitment, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or issue appropriate credit.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Stone Operations will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when advance notice is provided. If a client chooses to discontinue an engagement early, work completed to that point will be delivered and no refund will be issued for remaining sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Stone Operations treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share client business details, strategies, financials, or team information with third parties except as required to deliver agreed services.

In turn, clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary frameworks, processes, or materials shared by Stone Operations that are not publicly available.

8. Client Responsibilities

For engagements to be delivered effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their business when requested
• Complete pre-work and preparatory materials before scheduled sessions
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable advance notice of cancellation
• Make timely decisions when decisions are required to move the work forward
• Make agreed payments on the schedule specified in their service agreement

9. No Professional Advice

All materials and information provided by Stone Operations are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided through our Sites, products, or communications constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Sites, programs, and materials are provided "as is." Stone Operations makes no guarantees regarding specific business results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements. Participation in any Stone Operations program does not create any employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and Stone Operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Technology and Operations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Sites or materials, errors or omissions in content, or unauthorized access to your data.

Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for access to the applicable product or program.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stone Operations, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Sites or violation of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Stone Operations uses third-party platforms and integrations to host and deliver elements of our programs. While we take care in choosing reputable tools, we do not control or guarantee the performance, availability, or security of external platforms. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claims or actions shall be filed in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service or purchase agreements, represent the full and complete understanding between you and Stone Operations regarding your use of our Sites, products, and programs.
